Looking for a website to buy LED light control circuit

Hi, I am new to this, but I am looking for a website where I can buy circuit boards that can LED lights functions such as flashing in order or at random. I would like the board to have 120v input and 12v-24v output per channel, at around 3-5amp per channel. Please help, let me know if you need more information regarding what I need.
