Heavy-duty 30-quart stainless steel mixing bowl for a commercial planetary mixer.

Based on its dimensions, mounting ears, locating pin and overall construction, this bowl is believed to fit classic Hobart D300 and D300T 30-quart mixers. It may also fit certain D330 and D340 mixers when configured for a 30-quart bowl; however, buyers should compare all dimensions and mounting points before purchasing.

This is the bowl that accompanied a matching 30-quart wire whip and flat beater (sold separately). No manufacturer’s name or part number was located, so the bowl is being sold as an unbranded Hobart-compatible replacement rather than confirmed genuine Hobart OEM.

CONDITION

Pre-owned commercial mixer bowl showing normal wear from restaurant use. The stainless-steel surface has scratches, scuffs, rub marks, water spotting and discoloration consistent with age and commercial kitchen use.

The interior has numerous utensil and mixing marks, along with several small dents or dimples. The outside band, mounting ears, locating pin and carrying handles remain attached. No obvious cracks or welded repairs were observed.

The bowl has been cleaned but may benefit from additional polishing according to the buyer’s preference. It has not been mounted or tested on a mixer.
