Installation Guide1.Drill Hole:Preparation.

Drill a clean, burr-free mounting hole into your metal sheet or material matching the outer diameter requirement for your chosen metric rivnut size.

2.Thread Onto Tool Mandrel:Loading.

Thread the yellow zinc rivet nut onto the corresponding metric mandrel of your manual or pneumatic rivet nut setting tool until the flat head touches the anvil.

3.Insert Into Workpiece:Placement.

Insert the body of the rivet nut fully into the drilled hole until the flat head sits flush against the front surface of the panel.

4.Compress and Release:Setting.

Squeeze the tool handles or activate the setting gun to collapse the unthreaded body section against the back of the panel, locking it firmly in place; then unthread the mandrel.
