Each unit label reads 684-1261-212, Trombetta, RoHS, 12 V / INT, patent 6,943,655, AM /5, M017560-000, CE, torque LRG max 45 in-lbs, torque SML max 15 in-lbs, assembled in Mexico 5/16/19. Copper main studs and zinc-plated curved L-bracket as shown.

Trombetta (Milwaukee, now part of Standard Motor Products; manufacturer CAGE 88136) PowerSeal intermittent-duty series. Sealed housing, rated IP66/IP67. Typical use is high-current switching on light industrial trucks, electric forklifts, pallet stackers, golf carts, hydraulic power units, tailgate lifts, and snow-plow circuits.
