EquipmentCompatibility

Thisattachment features a standard #12square notch drive shaft.It is universally compatible with any Hobart commercial machineequipped with a standard #12attachment power hub,including:

  • Stand Mixers: A200, H600, H600T, L800, M802 (and other classic models utilizing a #12 front hub).

  • Power Drive Units / Powerbases: Hobart PD-35 or similar standalone external motors.

  • Food Cutters / Buffalo Choppers: Hobart 1812, 84145, 84186 (and other models with a #12 side hub).

Note:Requires a 9-inch "Pelican" vegetable slicer backcase/housing to mount flush and function properly.

  • Mechanical: The main lead screw spiral rotates smoothly by hand, and the lever mechanism advances properly.
