Leeds & Northrup Co. rotary selector switch, Cat. No. 8248-12, made in Philadelphia, USA. The dial face is numbered 1 through 12 with a black rotary knob. The body is cast metal painted gray. A large multi-conductor wire harness with color-coded individual wires is attached. A yellow caution tag reads: "Maintain all terminals at the same temperature" (tag no. 063085). Sold as-is, untested.
