STERIS Harmony LA500 surgical light head assembly. This is the light head portion of a STERIS Harmony LA500 Surgical Lighting and Visualization System designed for operating room illumination. The unit features a large parabolic reflector with blue-coated optical surface and a central sterile handle mounting boss.Physical description: round ceiling-mounted light head housing with an inner reflective optic, central handle attachment, perimeter mounting ring with screw locations, and an attached wiring harness with multi-pin connectors. The outer housing is molded plastic with integrated bezel and mounting interface; multiple internal wiring leads and connectors are present for installation.Includes: light head assembly only with attached wiring harness and connectors. No mounting arm, control console, ceiling mount, remote, bulbs, or additional accessories are included.Cosmetic condition: Shows normal wear consistent with regular clinical use. Housing has light scuffs and surface marks. Reflective optic shows surface scratches and coating wear in places but is intact; bezel and mounting surfaces show minor wear and handling marks. No large structural cracks were observed in the housing or bezel.Functional condition: Unit was unable to be powered on or fully tested due to an incompatible power source and is sold as-is. Wiring and connectors are present but functionality, lamp output, and electronics have not been confirmed and may require repair or replacement of internal components.May require calibration or service before clinical use.
