🌟Vintage KISTLER’s 🍩 display tray out of Akron, Ohio with Realistic professional faux pastry donuts, Iced bread & brownies
Vintage older set.
Extremely realistic display pieces that can be used for restaurant, bakery, photography, and retail food staging.
Such a fun vintage set!
6 vanilla donuts weigh in total 2lbs 0.4 oz
1 cream stick and 1 matching iced donut weigh in total at 8.3 oz
5 brownies weigh in total 4.8 oz
3 slices of thick iced spongy bread weigh a total of 3.7oz
Due to age the edges of the brownies lost their color and also are missing the single walnut on top.
2 of the soft spongy iced bread has a tear on top.
4 of the iced donuts with sprinkles or beads are missing a few on top.
The bottom of the tray is worn from the looks of it. I took a pic of the info on the bottom of it.
I always wanted to restore the flaws on these vintage pieces but never got around to it. I just displayed this as it is. Kistler's Donuts (and Kistler Baking Company) in Akron, Ohio, operated primarily during the 1930s through the 1950s and into the early 1960s.
