The ADVANTEST R6142 is a precision programmable DC voltage and current generator designed for evaluation and calibration of precision instruments and circuits. Features high accuracy (0.03% voltage, 0.035% current guaranteed for 6 months), excellent resolution (1 µV/100 nA steps), and low output noise (3 mVp-p). Offers ±12V output up to 120mA with fast 50ms settling time. Equipped with GPIB (IEEE-488) and BCD parallel interfaces for automated testing systems.
