Baso (Johnson Controls) H15AR-3 automatic shut-off pilot gas valve. 3/8" x 3/8" NPT, external pilot gas flow, rated up to 0.5 PSI for natural gas and LP. The valve label reads H15AR-3, while the box is labeled H15AR-3C — the W0102 code matches on both.

Open box, appears unused — mounting threads are shiny with no wear. Includes original instruction sheet. Rubber gasket around the valve body shows some brittleness/cracking (see photos) and may need replacement before install. Untested — sold as-is.
