CLIsyntec Premium Synthetic Coolant is the latest generation of a true oil-free synthetic solution designed for use in multi-metal machining and grinding applications. This formula has been tested and proven to provide optimum, long-lasting performance in a variety of CNC machining and grinding applications. CLIsyntec Synthetic Machining Coolant coolant is fullysynthetic and mixes readily with water on a molecular level.

Simply add coolant tank side to the sump or to the chip conveyor area. After mixing, this coolant will only separate from water through evaporation, providing long term, consistent performance. Also, this product utilizes unique oil splitting technology to instantly remove tramp oils from the fluid, therefore way oil, hydraulic oil, or mill oils are instantly rejected to the surface of the sump for easy removal with belt or disc type skimmers. Use to maintain a stable, odor free system.

This product is fortified with synthetic polymers that provide "oil-like" films to produce lubricating interfaces during machining. These light films stay transparent for accurate work assessment while also providing excellent corrosion protection on tooling and parts.

CLIsyntec Synthetic Machining Coolant combines high film strength and lubricity with exceptional anti-weld properties. Its polarity and film properties result in greater productivity and minimized machining cost with increased tool life. Additional Benefits include: Corrosion Protection, Stability & Foam Control. Mixing instructions: Use 18 ounces of coolant for every gallon of water, 1 gallon of coolant for every 8 gallons of water.
