HID Signo 40 Smart Card Access Control Reader - Black (40NKS-00-001UX4). Readers have all the same functionality as (40NKS-00-00000) They are also Indala enabled. THIS MEANS THEY WILL WORK THE SAME AS THE STANDARD 00-000000 READERS but in addition the are 125kHz enabled as well, See Configuration below from HID:
