Terms of Sale

2. All our itemsare guaranteed to be as close as pictured in the listing, and in workingcondition, unless specified otherwise. Please use pictures are for referenceonly. Please ask all necessary questions prior to purchase.

4. If you receivean item that is dead on arrival, we will refund 100% of your purchase priceincluding shipping costs. We must receive the item back for inspection prior toa refund being issued.

5. If you have anissue or a concern with an item, please contact us and we will do our best toensure your satisfaction.

Shipping

1. If not listed asfree shipping, we always offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items.Final combined shipping rates will depend on item weight and dimensions.

2. We can send acombined invoice for items purchased within (1) week. If we cannot send acombined invoice, we will still honor our combined shipping discount. Thesediscounts will be reflected on your additional invoice.

3. We ship itemswithin 1 Business Day of receiving cleared payments.

4. We can shipthrough express or overnight UPS service at buyer's expense. Our daily shippingcut-off time for express shipments is 4:00PM EST

5. We offer CollectShipping via UPS and FedEx.

6. If the item isto be shipped via Freight, please contact us for a shipping quote. You may alsochoose to have your shipment picked up by your carrier. We will palatalize,strap and shrink-wrap your shipment. We offer a 7 day courtesy holding periodfor our clients. Orders are subject to cancellation after 7 days.

7. INTERNATIONALBUYERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price orshipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check withyour country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will beprior to offerding or buying.

Returns

1. All refundrequests must be initiated within 14 Days of Date of Receipt. Transactionsoutside of 14 Days are not eligible for refunds.

2. We offer FullRefunds for items which are Not as Described or Non-Functional. Please refer tothe original listing for additional details and terms. Items must be receivedback for inspection prior to refund.

3. Items sold as"New" or "New (Other)" must be received back in originalcondition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for arefund. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging or tampering withFactory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund.
