Keysight MX0105A InfiniiMax Differential SMA Probe Head 20GHz + Semi-Rigid Coax

Keysight MX0105A InfiniiMax differential SMA probe head, rated to 20 GHz. It connects two SMA cables to an SMA-fixtured differential pair and measures the pair on a single oscilloscope channel. It can terminate to a common DC voltage of ±4 V instead of ground, which is needed for standards like HDMI and MIPI M-PHY. Labeled for use with InfiniiMax I, II, RC and Ultra series probe amplifiers.
