EASY APPLICATION — STEP BY STEP 1 PREPARATION Bring can to 68–77°F (20–25°C); apply between 41–86°F (5–30°C). Shake vigorously about 30 times. Ensure the surface is solid, clean, and free of dust, oil, grease, and debris — lightly moistening it gives better results. 2 GUN SETUP Screw the can onto the included foam gun. Fit the correct nozzle and fully open the flow regulator. Verify all components are securely fitted. 3 APPLICATION Hold can upside down. Spray from about 12 in (30 cm) on vertical surfaces and 6–8 in (15–20 cm) on horizontal surfaces. Fill cavities to approximately 50% — foam expands significantly. For greater thickness (recommended 2 in / 5 cm), build up in layers, applying each new layer immediately. 4 CURING Tack-free in 5–7 minutes, cuttable after 60 minutes, fully cured in 24 hours. Once hardened, excess material can be trimmed, shaped, and finished as required. Surface is paintable after full cure — paint or coat foam exposed to sunlight. 5 CLEANING Clean the gun immediately after use with appropriate PU foam cleaner.
