The electromagnet can reach its maximum suction force only when the following conditions are met during operation:

1. The effective adsorption gap is 0 mm (must be attached closely). No objects may be placed in between.
2. The surface of the workpiece to be adsorbed shall be flat and clean.
3. The contact area of the workpiece shall be greater than or equal to the suction surface of the electromagnetic chuck (the maximum outer diameter of the chuck).
4. The workpiece thickness shall be more than 8 mm to achieve the rated suction force. The suction force decreases as the thickness reduces.
5. Use the correct power supply and rated voltage. Available voltages: DC12V / 24V.
6. The workpiece must be material with good magnetic permeability, such as pure iron, low carbon steel, silicon steel sheet, etc.
7. Avoid no-load suction during operation (no-load suction causes overheating). Moderate heat generation under normal adsorption is normal.
8. This electromagnet is energized-to-magnetic and has no positive or negative polarity. By placing the order, you acknowledge and accept this note.
