This Vintage Semiconductor Evolution Collection features circuit wafers from the late 1970’s, 1980s + 1990s, showcasing a transition through 3 diameters (4”,5”,6”) of semiconductor technology over 2+ decades. This circuit collection can be a valuable resource for those wanting to see some of the early development, reduction in die sizes and increase in technical circuit architecture through the years. A truly unique set of wafers offering additional perspective to an era considered a key period in the evolution of the electronics industry. I was putting together a museum request and decided to do a few of these packs making them available at this low price! Included in this package is ten 4” / five 5” / five 6” circuit wafers for a total of 20 complete quality circuit wafers representing 3 diameters through 2+ decades. I’ve included in this batch, many unique collector circuits scattered throughout the whole lot. I’ve also included a 4” historical treasure from very early 1980’s not available elsewhere. You may even run across some chip art which is always a unique find. I’ve seen some of the wafers I’m offering sold on at much higher prices. Great for collectors, museums, off-site retail stores, teachers/students, arts and crafts, etc. All wafers are in great shape and show well. Listed at museum pricing, you won’t find quality circuits like these at such a low price anywhere else.
