Vintage Simpson Model 463 Digital Multimeter is in well-used condition, typical for its age and type. The case shows marring, scratches, and stains, but no structural damage. It includes the black and red leads pictured. When the power button is pressed, the two far-right lines on the screen light up as shown. Pressing various buttons results in the same two dashes performing different functions, but no other numbers appear beyond the two displayed.
