Weiler 09400 Roughneck Jr. 6-inch knot wire wheel brush is engineered specifically for high-performance weld cleaning, root pass cleaning, hot pass cleaning, and deburring applications in pipe fabrication and industrial metalworking. Built with 56 tightly twisted knots of heavy-duty 0.020-inch steel wire fill, this wheel delivers high-impact cutting action to rapidly clean slag, spatter, and oxidation out of narrow weld joints and corners. The narrow 3/16-inch face width and 1-1/8-inch trim length provide precise access into root openings and confined weld seams without widening the bevel. Equipped with a factory-integrated 5/8\"-11 UNC threaded nut, it spins directly onto standard right-angle grinders and is rated for operating speeds up to 12,500 RPM.
