Superior Insulation Performance Apel Fastcoat is a professional-grade, polyurethane-based spray foam insulation kit that offers exceptional thermal and sound insulation. Ideal for both professionals and DIY users, this self-expanding foam fills gaps and cavities thoroughly. With an R-value of 5.66 per inch and thermal conductivity of 0.025 W/(m.k), it ensures long-lasting energy efficiency.
Fast Curing Formula Apel Polyurethane Spray Foam cures rapidly, forming a strong chemical bond in a short time. While it adheres quickly to smooth surfaces, curing time may extend on irregular or gapped areas. Depending on environmental conditions, full curing can take up to 24 hours.
Quick and Strong Adhesion Apel Spray Foam adheres excellently to a wide range of materials including concrete, wood, metal, drywall, granite, stone, and glass. It’s also paintable, making it a versatile component in your insulation kit for bonding, sealing, and insulating with maximum efficiency.
Easy and Efficient Application Shake the can well before use. Spray vertically from 12–18" away for walls and 6–8" horizontally for ceilings. Thicker layers provide better insulation. One can covers up to 20 sq ft at 1-inch thickness. Keeping the can attached to the gun helps preserve remaining foam for future use.
Powerful Foam Cleaner Apel Foam Cleaner features an effective spray activator that removes uncured PU foam from surfaces, clothes, and window or door frames. Specially formulated to clean foam gun adapters after use, it prevents foam from hardening inside the nozzle.
Premium Quality Foam Gun Constructed with corrosion-resistant aluminum and a PTFE non-stick coating, the Apel Foam Gun delivers precise application both vertically and overhead. It works seamlessly with all spray foam kits and ensures smooth, reliable spraying every time.
Storage: Store the product in a cool, dry location as high temperatures and humidity may cause premature aging. Do not store in the refrigerator. Keep away from children and animals.
